All carriers must check in no later than 7:00PM on Friday, October 23, 2026 or freight will be shipped via LibertyCFS NV Inc.'s terms, Seven business day standard ground service, at exhibitor expense.

Carpet Color: Exhibit Hall booths are not carpeted. Aisles will be carpeted in Bluejay (Blue Tuxedo).

Advance warehouse receiving hours are Mon. - Fri.: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Freight received at the Advance Warehouse after the published deadline will be charged an additional 50% per cwt surcharge.
